Our design utilizes thin, sharp, concentric ridges to turn your garlic into a gorgeous paste. No more chunks - just buttery goodness ready to be added to EVERYTHING. Using it couldn’t be simpler: just rub your peeled cloves vigorously back and forth across the grooves and see magic happen! We also recommend using this ingenious little disc to turn peeled knobs of horseradish or ginger into beautiful paste. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
