We are so excited to launch these Memphis themed tote bags designed by illustrator Claudia Pearson (Brooklyn, New York). We're honor to be the exclusive shop for these iconic totes and can't wait to share them with locals and visitors alike!

See some of Claudia's other work here.

Design includes Memphis favorites and destinations:

  • Tulip Poplar: the state’s tree and commonly seen around Midtown and the old forest in Overton Park.
  • A pig to celebrate our city’s world famous BBQ. It is the best. Period.
  • The “M Bridge” over the Mississippi River; this bridge is an iconic part of our city’s skyline. Don't worry, that crack has been repaired!
  • The Levitt Shell: an open air amphitheater in Overton Park- a great spot to check out for live music and a local favorite. Fun fact: it's where Elvis got his start!
  • The Peabody Ducks: the daily march of the ducks at the historic Peabody Hotel is a must see for tourists
  • Clayborn Temple: a beautiful and historic church in Downtown Memphis with a vital history. During the Sanitation Workers’ Strike of 1968, civil rights and labor activists organized together inside Clayborn Temple. You've surely seen the iconic "I AM A MAN" protest signs from this strike following the brutal deaths of two sanitation workers. Clayborn has long been considered one of Memphis’ most important Civil Rights locations.
  • “Lucille” Gibson Guitar: BB King's famous guitar(s). Memphis truly is the home of the blues.

From the Maker, Claudia Pearson (Brooklyn, New York):
