Hyggelig Taper Holder - Set of Two

If you're familiar with the oh-so-trendy Danish concept of Hygge (hoo-gah), you'll know that there's nothing more cozy than soft candle light. Grab a blanket, a good book, some chocolate and curl up for the perfect hyggelig night. 

Fun Fact: Hygge has been part of the ethos of Paper & Clay from the beginning - it's why we are so influenced by Scandinavian design - simplicity + warmth = happiness in our book.

Brit designed and perfected this shape by hand on the potter's wheel, and in the process realized that there was an opportunity for a dual purpose: she created a bottom for this design to help provide counter-weight for the tapers, and as a result this piece can actually double as a bud vase. We love the opportunity to find multiple functions for our designs!
