Meet Mrs. Rooiboson, a sweet and decadent blend. This plant is prized in the Cedarberg region of South Africa where is was first harvested. Rooibos is a caffeine free herbal brew that has a smooth taste because it does not have tannin like tea made with the Camellia sinensis plant. Its great iced or hot and with or without milk. Those that consume Rooibos have claimed that it has a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns and digestive problems. Although it has no caffeine it does tend to stimulates the mind. Mrs. Rooiboson is a red rooibos blended with rose, spicy clove, cinnamon and bright local peppermint. It is warm and mildly sweet with a comforting aroma that will leave you satisfied.

Traditional Preparation: Scoop 1-2 tsp Notcha Matcha into bowl. Add 1oz almost boiling water into bowl and use bamboo whisk to whisk into a paste, add an additional 2oz almost boiling water and whisk vigorously back and forth until frothy. Sip and enjoy straight from the bowl!
Notcha Matcha Latte Preparation: Bring 3/4 cup milk of your choice to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat. Place 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder in a heatproof cup. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup almost boiling water, then milk, tipping cup slightly to help create more foam. Taste and sweeten accordingly with sweetener of your choice.
