Salt Fat Acid: OOAK Oil, Vinegar and Salt Pinch Set

From Brit: I've been working on perfecting these sets for a few months now and I'm excited to share these five sets with you! Each set includes an Oil bottle & Vinegar Bottle with cork stoppers and one pinch bowl for cooking salt. These bottle are designed to be easy to hold and use while cooking, and the porcelain will keep your oil safe from sunlight. Each piece is hand-thrown on the wheel and trimmed, finished and glazed by Brit. Each piece is one of a kind.

Care: All pieces are dishwasher safe, but I've found that cleaning the bottles with hot water and a very small amount of dish soap works very well. Just wash the bottles with hot water and soap and then rinse with hot water until no more soap bubbles are visible.

*Many people have asked us about lidded salt dishes but I find that pinch bowls work much better when cooking. Salt doesn't actually need to be covered as bacteria cannot grow on it! Yay, Science!
